Check a coach’s certificate.
Enter the certificate number, or scan the QR code on a coach’s profile or a centre’s front-desk certificate. No account, no sign-in, nothing to install.
You will see which course the certificate is for, whether it is current, and when it must be earned again.

What each answer tells you.
Certificate is live
This coach completed every module of the course named and passed each test, and the certificate is inside its 12 months. A Trusted badge means My Drona also checked their age, identity and credentials in person.
Expired or withdrawn
The certificate exists but has expired, been suspended or been revoked. The coach has not completed the current course again. Worth asking about.
Not certified here
This is not a mark against anyone. It means the coach hasn’t been certified by My Drona. Ask what safeguarding training they have completed and when.
Scope
What this check does and does not cover.
A current certificate means this coach completed one My Drona Safe Sport course on a stated date: every module’s lessons, and every module’s test passed at 80% or above. Each course has its own certificate.
It is not an identity check, a background check, a police clearance, or a prediction of future conduct. It does not tell you whether this coach is the right fit for your particular child.
Use it as one checkable input alongside the things you can see for yourself: a visible training area, a named safeguarding officer, and a centre that can tell you how to raise a concern.
If something is wrong
My Drona cannot respond to an emergency.
If a child is at immediate risk, contact the police or Childline 1098 first. My Drona can suspend a certificate and record a concern, but it is not an emergency service and cannot intervene.
