Terms of Use
The agreement between you and My Drona: what certification is, what it is not, and what each of us is responsible for.
Version 1.1 · Effective 7 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Matrix Teamworks Private Limited(“My Drona”, “we”) covering mydrona.ai (and axiopro.in, which redirects to it), our courses, their tests, and the certificates we issue. Creating an account means you accept them. If you do not, do not create an account.
1Who may use My Drona
You must be at least eighteen years old and legally able to enter a contract. If you are registering on behalf of an academy, school or government body, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
One account belongs to one person. Certification is a statement about an individual’s knowledge, so sharing an account, or taking a test on someone else’s behalf, defeats its entire purpose and is grounds for revocation under the Certificate Policy.
2What we provide
A catalogue of courses. Each course is made of modules, and each module has short narrated lessons in your language and a multiple-choice test. When you complete every module of a course, you receive a dated, publicly verifiable certificate for that course, valid for one year. Each course is bought, completed and certified separately.
We may revise lessons, tests and the standard itself. We do this because standards change; see Content Standards & Governance for how. Revisions do not shorten a certificate already issued.
3What certification means, and what it does not
This clause matters more than any other, so it is stated plainly.
An My Drona certificate attests that on a stated date, the person named on it completed a named course: its lessons, and its tests passed at 80% or above. That is a meaningful, checkable claim. It is also a limited one.
A certificate is evidence of training completed and tested on a date. It is not a prediction of future conduct, a character reference, an identity check, a criminal background check, a safeguarding clearance, or a guarantee of any person’s behaviour. Anyone relying on it, whether a parent, an academy or an employer, remains responsible for their own due diligence, including any background verification the law requires of them.
My Drona does not employ, supervise, place or vouch for coaches, and is not party to any arrangement between a coach and the people they train.
4Your obligations
- Give accurate information about yourself. Impersonation is fraud.
- Answer tests yourself, unaided. Using another person, a script or an AI system to answer for you invalidates the result.
- Keep your account credentials to yourself. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access.
- Do not misrepresent your certification status, including claiming certification you have not earned, that has expired, or that has been revoked.
- Do not copy, record, redistribute or resell course material. See Copyright & Intellectual Property.
5Fees and payment
Each course costs ₹999, and its certificate is valid for one year. The fee covers the whole course: every module’s lessons and test, and retakes where a test is not passed. Renewal is charged annually at the rate published at the time of renewal.
Payment is collected by UPI through our payment partner. We never see or store your UPI PIN, card details or banking credentials.
A course fee is non-refundable once course access is granted. Read the Refund & Cancellation Policy before you pay, it sets out the narrow circumstances in which we do refund.
6Tests and integrity
Each module ends with a multiple-choice test. You pass at 80%. If you score less, you can retake it. Scores and retakes are never shown on your public profile. How test results are kept is set out in the Privacy Policy.
You may appeal a certification decision within thirty days by writing to support@mydrona.ai. Appeals are reviewed by someone who was not involved in the original decision.
7Your public profile
Certification is only useful if it can be checked, so certified coaches have a public profile page reachable by link or QR code. It shows your first name and last initial, your sport, your city, your years of experience, the age groups you coach, and the course certificates you hold, with their status and dates.
It never shows your email address, your phone number, your date of birth, or your address.
8Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account, and suspend or revoke a certificate, where there is credible evidence of impersonation, cheating on a test, misrepresentation of certification status, or conduct that makes the certificate misleading to the public. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to respond.
You may close your account at any time. Closing it does not entitle you to a refund, and does not withdraw a certificate already issued, which remains verifiable for its stated validity period, because retracting it would break every check already made against it.
9Liability
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular outcome will follow from certification.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising from or connected with these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, reputation or opportunity.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will email you at least fourteen days before it takes effect. Continuing to use My Drona after that date means you accept the revised terms; if you do not, close your account.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. Before starting proceedings, please write to support@mydrona.ai so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
